OFFERS

  1. Our Introductory Offer (Happy Days) of the Unlimited Class Pass (valid for 30 days) is only available to brand new clients of Pilates Bar. You can only purchase the Introductory offer once. The Introductory Offer is non-refundable nor transferable and will activate from the date of your first class booking. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  2. Our Grand Opening Special Offer of the 5 Class Pass for $50 (valid for 30 days) is only available to brand new clients of Pilates Bar before a studio’s Grand Opening date. You can only purchase the Opening Special once. The Opening Special is non-refundable nor transferable and will activate for 30 days from studio’s Grand Opening date. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

10 CLASS PASSES

  1. 10 class passes are activated from the date of payment. Class passes are non-refundable and are not transferable between individuals.

  2. 10 class passes cannot be extended unless you are injured or for medical reasons, in which case we will ask for a letter from your doctor. Please be aware when purchasing your class pass that you will be required to use your pass within the expiry date.

  3. 10 CLASS PASS - AUTO RENEW: For your convenience and to ensure you never miss a class, your class pass will be automatically renewed and bank card charged at the end of the 90 day expiry period/or from your last class. You can cancel your auto renewal at any time by either logging into your account on the Momence platform and select auto-renew to off, or by sending us an email requesting your auto-renewal to be cancelled prior to your auto-renewal date. This pass has a 20% discount applied against it. The discount will continue to apply for as long as the auto-renew is active.

  4. 10 CLASS PASS - 6 month expiry is valid for 6 months (180 days) and are activated from date of payment. Your pass will expire after 180 days.

HOLIDAY PASS (5 CLASS PASS)

  1. Holiday passes (5 class pass) are valid for 180 days and are activated from the date of payment.

  2. Holiday passes are non-refundable and are not transferable between individuals.

  3. Holiday passes cannot be extended unless you are injured or medical reasons, in which case we will ask for a letter from your doctor. Please be aware when purchasing your class pass that you will be required to use your pass within 180 days.

VIP MEMBERSHIP-ALL IN

  1. VIP (Very Important Pilates) Memberships are activated from the purchase date, or a nominated date as selected by you. Sessions are non-refundable and are not transferable between individuals.

  2. Your ongoing membership will be charged in advance each fortnight, in the sum of $145 or at your discounted rate. If a payment declines due to card issues, security or funding problems, a dishonour fee of $14.95 is charged for the cost of resolving the issue. You must provide an alternative payment method within 7 days.

  3. You are welcome to join your classes in any given week. We do not have a standard ‘week’ or ‘fortnight’, as it will depend on your individual preferences. Your ‘week’ begins on the day of your billing cycle. For example, if you pay on a Wednesday, you can attend your allocated classes between Wednesday and Tuesday.

  4. VIP members are entitled to 15% off selected instore stock and merchandise for sale.

  5. VIP members are entitled to bring (refer) a NEW friend for free to the studio each month. This is done through our referral program and requires the new friend to register through Momence and to book into the class on the Momence platform.

  6. Class bookings are essential, subject to availability and must be made through the Momence platform or Pilates Bar app.

  7. If a class is fully booked, you are able to be added to a waitlist and if any cancellations may occur, you will be notified up to an hour before the class starts. If you add yourself to the waitlist, you are committing to attend that class should a space open up. Please make sure you remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend.

  8. Late Cancellation & No Show Fees apply in line with our Late Cancellation/No Show Policy.

  9. Membership Suspension - You are welcome to pause your membership at any time, for a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 30 days. You may do this once every 3 months with no fees. Additional suspensions will be charged at a non-refundable rate of $5 per week. If you would like to suspend your Membership simply email hello@pilatesbar.com.au with at least 14 days notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment.

  10. For your convenience and to ensure you never miss a class, your membership will be automatically renewed and bank card charged on an ongoing fortnightly basis .

  11. Memberships have a 3 month locked in period (7 X FORTNIGHTLY PAYMENTS), you may cancel your auto renewal at any time after your 3 month locked in period free of charge by sending us an email, with two weeks written notice to hello@pilatesbar.com.au and request your membership to be cancelled prior to your auto-renewal date. If you wish to cancel your membership within the first 3 months a $150 exit fee will apply.

  12. Memberships are paid in advance, therefore no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to advise within adequate time frames.

  13. All memberships will have a "cooling off" period of 7 days starting from the purchase date of your membership, you may cancel your membership within the cooling off period free of charge.

  14. All memberships have a 52 week duration and will auto-renew upon expiration, the initial 3 month lock in period will not reapply.

    VIP MEMBERSHIP-COMMITMENT-PHOBE

    1. VIP (Very Important Pilates) Memberships are activated from the purchase date, or a nominated date as selected by you. Sessions are non-refundable and are not transferable between individuals.

    2. Your ongoing membership will be charged in advance each fortnight, in the sum of $160 or at your discounted rate. If a payment declines due to card issues, security or funding problems, a dishonour fee of $14.95 is charged for the cost of resolving the issue. You must provide an alternative payment method within 7 days.

    3. You are welcome to join your classes in any given week. We do not have a standard ‘week’ or ‘fortnight’, as it will depend on your individual preferences. Your ‘week’ begins on the day of your billing cycle. For example, if you pay on a Wednesday, you can attend your allocated classes between Wednesday and Tuesday.

      1. Teaser/Slayer/Sculpter Memberships are activated from the purchase date, or a nominated date as selected by you. Sessions are non-refundable and are not transferable between individuals.

      2. Your ongoing membership will be charged in advance each fortnight. If a payment declines due to card issues, security or funding problems, a dishonour fee of $14.95 is charged for the cost of resolving the issue. You must provide an alternative payment method within 7 days.

      6. Your ongoing membership allows for capped visits per fortnight. If you book over your capped limit. Classes will be charged at $20/class for all Teaser & Sculpter Memberships.

        Teaser: 4 visits/fortnight

        Sculpter: 6 visits/fortnight

        Slayer: 8 visits/fortnight

      7. Late Cancellation & No Show Fees apply in line with our Late Cancellation/No Show Policy.

      14. Annual Price Increase: The membership fees for all members shall be subject to an annual increase of 2.5%, effective on the 1st of January each calendar year. Members will be notified in writing at least 30 days prior to the implementation of any such increase.

TRANSACTIONS, FEES & CHARGES

  1. If a payment declines due to card issues, security or funding problems, a dishonour fee of $14.95 is charged for the cost of resolving the issue. You must provide an alternative payment method within 7 days.

  2. If you wish to cancel your membership within the intial 3 month period a $150 exit fee will apply.

  3. All of our prices are inclusive of GST. transaction fees ARE CHARGED BY OUR MERCHANT PROCESSOR.

  4. Late Cancel and No Show Fees apply:

    Late Cancel: A class is considered a late cancel, if you cancel within 4 hours of the class start time. A late cancel will incur a $10 fee for all attendees to the studio & will include a loss of pass for all casual and pass holders.

    No Show: A class is considered a no show if you do not cancel your class prior to start time and do not turn up. A no show class will incur a $15 fee for all attendees to the studio & will incur a loss of pass for all casual and pass holders.

BOOKINGS AND ATTENDANCE

  1. A minimum of three people are required for a class to proceed. Pilates Bar reserves the right to cancel a class if minimum numbers are not met. You will be contacted via text, phone, or email should a class be cancelled up to a minimum of 2 hours before the class start time .

  2. Bookings are made online through our booking platform Momence or the Pilates Bar app.

  3. Payment must be made upon booking, no exceptions. To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of booking in the studio.

  4. If a class is fully booked, you are able to be added to a waitlist and if any cancellations may occur, you will be notified up to an hour before the class starts. If you add yourself to the waitlist, you are committing to attend that class should a space open up. Please make sure you remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend.

  5. Out of consideration for the Trainer, other clients, and also for your own safety, the warm-up is an important aspect of each class. Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be able to attend the class.

  6. Owners and/or Trainers reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and Owners and/or Trainers reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

  7. Sessions are not transferable to another individual and cannot under any circumstances be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be turned away from the class – or asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or rescheduling classes need to be made as per the below Late Cancellation Policy prior to your class start time. Cancellations or rescheduling can only be made via the Momence app, Pilates Bar app or online. Text messages, voicemails and phone calls will not be accepted.

Late Cancel: A class is considered a late cancel, if you cancel within 4 hours of the class start time. A late cancel will incur a $10 fee for all attendees to the studio & will include a loss of pass for all casual and pass holders.

No Show: A class is considered a no show if you do not cancel your class prior to start time and do not turn up. A no show class will incur a $15 fee for all attendees to the studio & will incur a loss of pass for all casual and pass holders.

** Please be considerate of your fellow Pilates pals by cancelling your class if you can no longer attend**

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment must be made upon booking.  To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All purchases and direct debit transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable. We are not able to refund any client for unused membership periods or class passes.

AGE LIMITS AND RESTRICTIONS

  1. You must be at least 14 years of age to attend our classes at the Pilates Bar. All attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is also booked into the class.

  2. You can attend all non-heated classes if you are pregnant. If you are pregnant, you will need to supply a medical certificate stating you have been cleared to continue exercising.

COMMUNICABLE DISEASES

If you have contracted a communicable disease, please ensure you have clearance in writing from your doctor before attending your next class. This is for the safety and well-being of all our clients, staff and customers.

GENERAL TERMS

  1. Pilates Bar reserves the right to cancel and change teachers, events, and classes without prior notice.

  2. Pilates Bar reserves the right to add to, change or remove our terms and conditions. This includes changing the studio's opening and closing hours, its services and facilities and membership fees. The most up-to-date terms and conditions always apply.

  3. Pilates Bar reserves the right to cancel and suspend services, class passes or memberships at any stage.

  4. By signing up online, you agree to receive email communications from Pilates Bar. These communications can be unsubscribed from via the ‘unsubscribe’ button on each email communication.

  5. By signing up online, you declare that:
    - you are in good physical condition
    - you know of no medical or other reason why you cannot or should not do active or passive exercise

PRIVACY POLICY

We will never pass your email address or any other details on to any other party.

PERSONAL AGREEMENT

I agree that Pilates Bar is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.

I understand that classes may be physically strenuous, that classes may be hot and humid with temperatures reaching up to 35 deg C and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.

I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Pilates Bar, its directors, its staff, its contractors or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Pilates Bar does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a  staff member.

By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
